C H A R G E S

P E R I O D S

All plant and equipment is hired out under CPA Terms - which can be found on the reverse of our Hire Contract/Invoice.

1 day	-	up to 24 hours per calendar day, goods kept for extra time will be charged as extra days.
2 days	-	@ 60% of weekly rate
3 days	-	@ 75% of weekly rate
4-7 days	-	is charged as 1 week
After 1 week	-	each day is charged at 20% of weekly rate and a week is 7 full days. Charges are calculated as Catalogue.

Special terms are available for long term hire, please phone for a quote.

NOTE - ALL PRICES EXCLUDE VAT

D e l i v e r y
We are happy to deliver. The service is efficient and reasonably priced, just call our depot for a quotation.

I n s u r a n c e
It is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange all necessary insurance of all plant and equipment hired against loss or damage and all operatives must be aware of all Health and Safety requirements for the machines hired.

C L E A N I N G

A N D

D A M A G E

This is free for normal, reasonable soiling, though we reserve the right to make a charge for equipment returned in an exceptionally dirty state.

B r e a k d o w n s
All faults or breakdowns must be notified immediately. No repairs may be carried out by hirer without prior consent of the owner.

M a i n t e n a n c e
The hirer is responsible for general daily maintenance of plant including the supply of fuel, oils and greases.

P a y m e n t s
Payment in full at the end of the hire period or 30 days from the date of statement for account customers. New customers are always welcome and Trade Accounts can be set up on completion of our Application Form. Subject to acceptance.
